Natural Remedies 4U Return Policy.
We have tried to make our return policy as simple to understand as possible.
We accept returns faulty and unopened bottles only.
We cannot accept returns of anything that has been opened and/or used.
Items return for any other reason other than faulty will incurr a £2.50 per bottle (or £4.50 if from Ireland) restocking fee. This is because whilst we offer free shipping to you, we still have to pay shipping costs, so the £2.50 will go towards recovering our postage charge.
In all cases, you must email us prior to returning an item and ask for a returns number.
